The staff is very friendly and professional. They know the value of time. Audrey, helped us to schedule the appointments as per our convenience. She is helpful and nice to talk . All the nurses and doctors are kind and understanding towards the patients and family. I’m glad I chose this location.
LOVE LOVE LOVE AUDREY!!! She’s been nothing short of fantastic to my wife, Alyssa. Can’t say enough about her and how great the office is as a whole. 10/10.
I transferred to this office from out of state, during my third trimester… (not ideal) had to move.. and they took me in and provided care with open arms after being denied time and time again… all of the staff here is very knowledgeable and helpful. From the doctors, to the NP, to the midwife’s and Audrey at the front desk. Everyone is so sweet. I honestly could not be happier with my care here. I will recommend this office to anyone and will definitely come back here with any future lil ones.
Audrey, with scheduling with the OB-GYN, should not be providing customer service, especially to new patients. I’ve read her notes regarding our initial conversation. She stated I was asking “too many questions,” but she failed to mention that the questions were all relevant to her role as the scheduler. I was polite to her and explained that this was my first pregnancy, and I was not familiar with the facility or its scheduling times; I just had a few questions.
