We had our first son here and now with our second child we choose this place again. One change we made was going from the midwives group this time to a dedicated doctor. There were a couple of things we would have preferred went differently so we thought the dedicated doctor route would fix those things. One thing I will say is that if we had more time we would switch to a different practice. There has not been a single appointment this pregnancy where the appointments were delayed by 20 minutes +. There honestly aren’t enough stars to give this office the review it deserves. From scheduling and check-in to every single appointment, the level of care was exceptional. I transferred here late in my pregnancy at 33 weeks after moving states. Before the move, I spoke with Courtney because I was worried that, due to some medications and being so far along, I might not be accepted as a patient. This group is amazing! Dr Moeller and Eileen have done so much for me and my complex health. They never make me feel stupid, they meet me where I am and respect me as a person! Front desk and nurses are also always so kind!
Dr. Spears has been one of the most thorough and responsive doctors I’ve seen. She listens carefully, explains what she’s doing and why, and never makes me feel rushed. Test results are reviewed quickly, and she reaches out promptly with updates. She’s also helped guide me in the right direction with my health so I can feel like myself again. Maybe if you're having a baby. All of the pregnant women seemed happy but I came in for another issue and Dr Spears was so unprofessional, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
