if i could give this office zero stars i would. i am so thoroughly disappointed. background story a bit- i scheduled an appointment in june , i continuously got rescheduled until the final appointment today in december that is SIX MONTHS that i have been waiting patiently i might add to be seen by this provider. Half a year waiting to be seen. Really appreciated my care here. Dr Ata was very attentive and concerned. She immediately developed a plan for the seizures. She was patient and understanding.
TLDR: Horrible experience. I have had about a dozen doctors in the last 5 years and this office had the worst patient experience of them all. The office staff have explicitly lied to me about sending medical records and orders via fax, which were never faxed/sent. This issue happened at least 3 different times. They are also rude when I ask clarifying questions or express a concern about the office or my care. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! And DR. KETTANI No surprise that their rating is low, honestly, it's still more than they deserve. Save yourself time and headache and go somewhere else. They have mismanaged my records and treatment. They will gaslight you and tell you, You're lying about your own health records and that their mistakes are the correct data.
