I see Haley Freeman she is a awesome NP. Haley is great to talk to, she orders tests if she feels they are warranted and she takes the time to listen
This is by far the best medical facility in Hendersonville, NC. The physical facility is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The front desk staff, including Tami, Kim and Eddie make the patient feel welcome and valued. The practitioners, including Dr. Jones and Ashley Raines are attentive, highly knowledgeable and treat the patient with respect. Over-all, there probably is not a better team for your medical needs in this area.
Can’t even answer a phone call or even a message through the patient portal. What kind of doctor’s office just ignores their patients and their needs. That’s horrible. Been trying to get a prescription filed for over a month, going on 2, and they still haven’t communicated anything to us about it. Still to this day won’t even answer any form of communication. All of the staff members are amazing! I see Dr. Wesley Jones, and he listens, he's kind, and he answers all questions throughly! He is honestly the best doctor I have ever been to! Thank you all for everything you all do!
