Horrible workers and people with no heart. They refused to see my newborn son for his 1 week check-in because we were 18 min late; mind you the place was completely empty, nobody waiting. Save yourself the headache. This place doesn't care about you or your children.

We usually don’t have any issues with my son’s doctor and we have been working with them since my son born. A few months ago the waiting times were super reasonable, but in the last months we’ve been waiting over 1 hour just to be seen by the pediatrician. If you have kids, you know their patience is limited, so I totally blame advent health on this. They shouldn’t over schedule your doctors if there is just 1 doctor working that shift. Don’t schedule an appt every 15 minutes if you know they can’t handle that.
employees were super sweet but dr sara was on the rude side..barely even looked at my son and said “i think he has…” never gave me a full answer or anything.Never even checked where the main issue was,just went upon what she “thinks”.very disappointed on my first visit with her,never scheduling an appointment with her again!
Dr. Rachapudi and the team are very caring, knowledgeable and understanding. Happy to bring the family here for all their needs
