Had us waiting over an hour to get a single vaccine. We were sent over from another office due to lack of vaccines available and they scheduled us for a same day appointment. Nurses kept saying “we will be with you shortly” but another 20 minutes would go by. So after an hour they told us the vaccine is not available. Would not recommend AdventHealth
I had one visit there. I took 9 referrals to get two appointments scheduled because they didn't know how to fill out the referral. I called at 8am to tell them I was coming in to pick up a referral (because the faces never seem to go through) they didn't start working on the referral until I showed up in the office. Now I received a call 48 hours before my appointment telling me I need to reschedule because the doctor quit and I cannot have the appointment I had my schedule worked around. They're totally unorganized and unpr... read more
