Today (09/25/2024) I had my annual physical appointment with my primary Roxann Rodriguez APRN at 7:30am but due to Hurricane Helene, I decided to call ahead of time to confirm my appointment and show up early (I arrive at 7am) Every single person in the waiting room was taken back for their appointment except myself. I’m definitely shopping for a new PCP… Payal Patel.PA-C… this is the third time I’ve met with this lady and she has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me… all she does is tells me what she DOESN'T do… she doesn’t write doctors notes (even if it’s job threatening), she does prescribe anything any of my former PCPs gladly prescribed (it’s always “we don’t do that here) with a nasty condescending attitude that is unpleasant and very unwelcoming… never smiles, or doesn’t even seem to care for her job as a Physician Assistant… I tried r... read more
I had a colonoscopy & had to wait 3 weeks for my operation, the day before my appointment, brand hospital called me & said the doctor office didn’t send all my information over so they have to rescheduled my appointment, I could have cancer for all know & it could be spreading by the minute but it could’ve been stop & prevented if only they took there job more seriously
Advent Health is not in the healing business they are simply in business.
