I have been very happy with the care I received from the resident physicians. But the accounts payable department is unethical. Check your explanation of benefits closely Advent will bill your insurance twice and after your insurance rejects the second claim they will tell you that is not their responsibility to contact your insurance. Call center gives medical advice, poses as doctors., legal team covers for them. Would YOU trust any place that does this, investigates THEMSELVES, then clears THEMSELVES of wrongdoing? Or, would you rather trust this person they left hung out to dry for months and the other reviews here?
Zero star. Absurd to make you wait since you had made a previous appointment. In addition, the rooms without a single person to serve you. It looks like a ghost hospital where you wait alone in a room. Totally inadequate this procedure where you pay before and then expect a miracle of service.
