Easy 5 stars! Great team here!!
Dr. Daliwal and the team are great! I'm not the easiest patient, but they are always "patient" with me :). Doctor has good bedside manor, and staff is always friendly.
I have been a long standing patient and never have any wait time. However I recently had blood drawn wrong and it caused a large bruise on my arm. When I contacted the office no one apologized or seemed to care. I was told to contact back if it got worse. A phone call would have been expected. When you make a mistake like this own it. The bruise lasted long and was painful and affected my entire arm. Please dont respond w some canned response. Would have appreciated a genuine response after this happened
The worst experience ever. The doctor has a holier than thou/ judgmental attitude Dr Douglas was great but this new doctor and staff is awful. I am a long time existing patient very sick and they can’t see me tells me to go to a walk in clinic. What is the point in having a doctor?
If I could give the new Dr and the front desk crew 0 stars and still post the review I would. The people who answer the phone are so rude and disrespectful. I guess if I spoke Spanish they’d be more accommodating and polite.
