Absolutely horrible from the start. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone and barely acknowledged me standing there. I arrived at 1:30 for a 2pm new patient appointment. I was finally called back around 2:20. By 2:48 my actual appointment still hadn’t started so I stepped into the hall to ask why. There was no one to be seen, I walked into the lobby and found no employees. I left. Had I been that late to my appointment they would have made me reschedule, completely unprofessional in my opinion.
Had a negative experience with the doctor and then the office didn't file a claim with my insurance and tried to charge me $132 for a simple (and poorly conducted) check up. This led to me sitting on hold with their billing department for very long periods of time to try to get everything settled. Don't have a positive thing to say about this place.
