This makes me sad to make this review as I generally like Advent. The physician was great but the moment you walk into this building you will incur a $500 facility fee even for an outpatient visit. See your provider anywhere else besides this building. A 3 min follow up outpatient office visit was over $700. Do better Advent.
0 stars if I could. What a waste of time. As others have said, I was billed as out patient instead of a specialist which should have been $60. I had lab work done, the results came in and no one followed up or even looked at the labs. Months later I had to ask what the plan was. Apparently the plan is for me to come back in and do it all again becuase "doctor didn't order the right labs". Excuse me? How is that my fault? I don't order labs - so why do I need to pay again because this office cannot do anything correctly. Do N... read more
Care was fine but I was not told this would be billed as a hospital visit even when referred internally — and even though the hematology department is not a hospital. Nice way to get $1000 out of patients instead of $60 - $150. Was referred for an iron deficiency.
They waste so much time on slowly sending referrals & eventually calling patients back; it adds up. I’ve waiting over a yr to fix my med issue with little progress
