I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Jessica. She is very knowledgeable, but isn’t the type to pretend if she doesn’t know something, instead she diligently looks into research for it or consults with colleagues. After following her recommendations, I’ve seen significant differences in my health and I appreciate that after revisiting her months later, she still remembers key issues that I was having and follows up thoroughly. My first appointment with this facility was scheduled for today. When I arrived, the office was closed. I did not receive any call or email notifying me of a cancellation or rescheduling. In fact, I received a confirmation email and a reminder call weeks prior to this appointment. I took the day off from work and adjusted my busy schedule to attend, only to find the location closed with no courtesy call or communication. This was a very disappointing first-time experience.
