Bad service and super slow and no communication. Waiting for no reason.
On 10/10/24 my son was admitted to A.H. Altamonte & on 10/11/24 was transported to A.H. Orlando. On 10/14/24 he was discharged from A.H. Orlando without his personal property, which he was told was still at A.H. Altamonte. A.H. Altamonte stated their chain of custody shows his property being signed off to A.H. EMS and from there no one seems to know what has happened to his property. On 10/16/24 security at A.H. Orlando requested a statement form which was provided the same day.
