Dr. Narmo Ortiz is an extremely kind and competent doctor doctor whereas another foot and ankle surgeon had trouble even getting me scheduled for an MRI. Dr. Ortiz's office got my MRI scheduled approved and ankle surgery booked within 3 months. He did a great job of reducing my chronically dislocating ankle and ensuring long-term stability and great healing. He was kind, compassionate, cannot recommend him enough. Great doctor, horrible staff. Doctor wanted to see my husband back stat due to debilitating foot pain. When we went to the follow up they said they could not see him because he never got the MRI that we were not told about. Then scheduled him 2 months out. I told them the doctor wanted to see him stat they told me they could not do it. Fast forward 2 months they call to reschedule appointment for another 2 months out. Staff made it impossible to be seen and had to go elsewhere.
This is my 3rd time going to dr. Ortiz an hopefully for my reason it will be the last but if I have an other problem with my feet I will definitely go back to him, he’s so nice an funny an his staff are really helpful an they are great listeners
Dr Ortiz is one of the best Foot and Ankle orthopedic doctor I have ever experienced! He is absolutely amazing kind and he listens to everything you tell him! And his staff stuff I've encountered you can tell they're happy because they are treated well by their employer Dr Ortiz he treats his staff just as well as he treats his patience so every experience in his office is absolutely wonderful I could go on and on of how great he is in his staff.
