Disappointed. I waited already for two months to have the first appointment with my new PCP, dr Marella. But two weeks before the appointment I received a message that she doesn’t accept anymore new patients.
They refused to correct how they billed my insurance would not listen to us office manager doubled down on wanting us to pay $380.00 up front out of pocket for a basic go over your bloodwork appointment. We have a 1500.00 deductible in the beginning of the year there is a fund set up by the employeer with money in the account bill the insurance they pay you the Dr. From that fund we do not pay you never have. Seen Dr. Baccaus to establish care. I didn't care for her bedside manor, but sometimes you have to see a doctor more than once to establish a good relationship. I scheduled my husband to establish with her as well and his experience was 10 times worse than mine. That's ok! I scheduled with a different doctor in the clinic (through my ap) and they canceled my appointment because it wasn't with my primary doctor, Dr. Baccaus. My wife had an appointment with Doctor Baccaus and was running behind schedule, I called the office to let them know she was about 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule and they said that was not a problem. Upon arriving within the 15 minute time frame the doctor refused to see her and said that she would have to reschedule her appointment after she just drove over an hour to get there.
