The way this facility goes against what Advent stands for is not only disheartening but shameful. I’ve worked for and been treated by Advent simply because they stand on the foundation of God. The front desk staff not only are they (Trina and Rachel) especially are the rudest, nastiest heartless individuals I’ve met. My grandfather’s appointment was communicated wrong and they made him and my mother (his POA) feel like they were stupid and incompetent . Disappointed. I waited already for two months to have the first appointment with my new PCP, dr Marella. But two weeks before the appointment I received a message that she doesn’t accept anymore new patients.
They refused to correct how they billed my insurance would not listen to us office manager doubled down on wanting us to pay $380.00 up front out of pocket for a basic go over your bloodwork appointment. We have a 1500.00 deductible in the beginning of the year there is a fund set up by the employeer with money in the account bill the insurance they pay you the Dr. From that fund we do not pay you never have.
