The way this facility goes against what Advent stands for is not only disheartening but shameful. I’ve worked for and been treated by Advent simply because they stand on the foundation of God. The front desk staff not only are they (Trina and Rachel) especially are the rudest, nastiest heartless individuals I’ve met. My grandfather’s appointment was communicated wrong and they made him and my mother (his POA) feel like they were stupid and incompetent .
