I am so frustrated and upset. I had never been to this area before and there was traffic and I was 11 minutes late for my appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period no one told me about and because I was only one minute over the 10 minutes I was not allowed to be seen and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. This is ridiculous. No one told me about the grace period and to not let me see the doctor because of one minute is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend coming here.
