I have waited 7 months to see the doctor here at this location. I get a call they need to cancel my appointment and move it to the next month. The doctor is gone. No moving it to a fee days out, knowing I have waited 7 months. I have adrenal insufficiency. I work in the medical world. When do patients matter anymore.

Unfortunately, I find that people have a habit of posting a review only when they are displeased. I have been going to this office for several years. Absolutely no issues, staff and doctors are friendly and helpful. I have very little wait before my scheduled appointments. I saw a review for Dr. Nicole Smith that was less than favorable. I want to state that of all of the endocrinologists I have seen over the years- I would rate her as outstanding. She answers my questions. I have been going to AdventHealth for over six years, previously Shawnee Mission Endo. Dr Green and Dr Hayes are awesome. And now I get to see Nikki and Dr Lui. I have nothing but praise for the team of doctors that they have at Shawnee Mission endocrinology. Highly recommend this team of doctors if you're looking for a good endocrinology team. 😎🙏😇❤️😁

Blood sugar numbers in the upper 300's and they tell me they won't see my husband until they get a referral. I don't feel they care much about patients

tried calling several times was kept on call waiting then when I spoke to a person they were unprofessional, pretended like they couldn't hear me then hung up on me. the person who finally answered the phone was a woman.
