I was referred to this ENT. Some office called me but they had my name wrong, it was my maiden name. They tried to send emails, as we were on the phone but they never came thru. I was out of town, bad signal. Lady said no worries, they will call and text the day before my visit. They said it would be the 21st of August... or that's what i think i heard. Absolutely dog chasing its tail! Office phone rep for appt is ridiculous and truly ABSURD. Such a colossal waste of my time!!! Referral sent, no appt for weeks? Emergency hearing loss probable March??? My doc sent request after seeing him x2. 3 weeks? Insanity
Yesterday I contacted this office after experiencing a few days of sudden unexplained hearing loss in one of my ears. I was extremely worried and asked if I could get in ASAP. They worked really hard to get me in with Dr. Stalford, and the audiologist, even though they have a shorter day on Friday AND it's the week before a holiday. Dr. Stalford was amazing, and helped me get testing, a diagnosis, and medication.
