A nightmare to deal with. I scheduled a telehealth visit a month in advance and nobody showed up to take care of me. I call to see what’s going on and nobody answers. I email and someone replies saying they never got my insurance info which I have already provided several times. I email my insurance information and they still never got back to me. Now I have to spend time looking for another endocrinologist that can take care of me before my prescriptions run out. Complete neglect.

You cannot get a Human to answer when you call the phone#, but you get free music for hours when waiting or we need to call 911. Not sure they are under staffed or have just answering machines
