We were late to our appointment by 5 minutes after the start time and even though I confirmed with the office person on the phone that we would be arriving 5 minutes past our appointment time when she called, and she confirmed this was OK, when we arrived we were turned away and told the doctor could no longer see us. Dr. Colon has been the shining light in our fights to get my son james the help he needs. Dr. Colon takes his time with james and hears out parents information that might now be seen at the moment of the appointment. James now has so much more open to him thanks to Dr. Colon. Also if adventhealth reads this can you get the man a new laptop or fix his keyboard on the one he has. Least yall can do for him.

This place needs to close down, management to the doctors are ridiculous. I was 3 minutes late do to traffic and parking they made me reschedule my appointment. This was the 2nd time I had to reschedule if I could give 0 stars I would. The call center staff and managers I spoke to are not professional very rude and honestly if you were a parent with a disability you should give people the proper notice of time to arrive if my appointment was at 9 I should gave a 10 minute grace period.
