The staff here are incredible
Not sure what these bad reviews are I had nothing but the best experience ever with these ladies all of the staff from the time I walked into the time I left were truly amazing I know
Very poor experience. It is unacceptable that this office refused to provide a basic medical document, especially considering this is where my child was diagnosed. The lack of support and empathy is extremely disappointing, particularly from a pediatric practice. I do not recommend this provider. Please look for other options.
We were late to our appointment by 5 minutes after the start time and even though I confirmed with the office person on the phone that we would be arriving 5 minutes past our appointment time when she called, and she confirmed this was OK, when we arrived we were turned away and told the doctor could no longer see us. The manager on duty came out and spoke with us, tried to change the story of what was confirmed over the phone and said we were told we had to be there 8:17 which is incorrect, and then put the blame on us for ... read more
