If I could give zero Stars I would. Made my appointment about 2 weeks ago for a 4:00 with Dr. Hempel. I received a call 2 hours before my appointment saying Dr. Hempel wondered if I could come in at 3:00 or 3:15 instead. I work full-time and was unable to make that, so I just planned to show up for my scheduled appointment at 4:00. When I arrived they told me that the doctor had already left and they had canceled my appointment. CAUTION!!! Horrible experience with this group. Horrendous wait times over 2 hrs over my scheduled appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Constant cancellations of my POST OP appointment by the doctor (haven't been seen by the doctor after my surgery in early May; which I had concerns of my recovery a few days after surgery and had notified the doctor and the office of my concerns).
