I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment to an almost empty office. After being checked in, I watched every other patient called back over the course of an hour. When the lady that checked me in eventually left for her lunch, I approached the desk finally for assistance. The receptionist had to go to the back to actually alert someone I was there, and then after this point, I still had to wait. Honesty and being upfront with your patients is extremely important. Lying and deceiving people is childish! Terrible experience after my 3rd emergency room visit you would think they'd fill out paperwork to protect your job. Hospital refers you to a specialist not your primary.

Horrible experience. I called for a prescription refill, because I wasn't set to have a doctor's appt until July. They said they would send in the refill. Called the pharmacy a few hours later, they had not received a refill order. Called the office back. They said they would put through the order again. Waited a few hours and called the pharmacy, the order had still not been put through. Now the office is closed for the weekend and I am without medications. Awesome clinical staff. Lots of smiles. Got me checked in and right back. Dr. Jmeian is amazing. Explained everything to me in detail. Answered all my questions and got me on my way. Highly recommended.
