I have been to this facility six times in the last two years when it was discovered I had PVCs The staff at front desk; the nurses in the back; the admin at check out have all been really nice and friendly and even jokingly fun to deal with. Dr Kai Chen has a terrifically dry sense of humor that works very well with patients when dealing with serious issues and co es across as very reassuring. I take my Grandmother to see Dr Chen. He is always professional and very helpful not only with her heart but other areas as well. And Nurse Jessica went above and beyond helping us find info I was struggling to get a hold of that was needed for my Grandmother's care.

I should have read the reviews before scheduling with this office. First I waited about a month for a test I didn't need and should not have been scheduled. Then had to wait another month for the correct test that was cancelled by this office because I didn't call fast enough to update insurance information. Complete incompetence for a medical office.

As you can see from other reviews, this medical group has significant problems. Visiting AdventHealth Cardiology Altamonte is a bit like visiting a badly run DMV. The staff are the kind of ill-mannered, bumptious people one finds in many medical offices these days, sadly. They seem to think patients are a nuisance—an imposition on their time—and appear to enjoy treating them with hostility. Amanda Vivo, an APRN with this group, is a familiar type.
