I love my doctor but the message system SUCKS! You have to call before 3 pm in order to hopefully have you question answered and if you are having an allergic reaction it might be 3 days before someone calls you back. Me personally I have had issues with one nurse in particular we just don't seem to mesh and she has terrible people skills and no empathy. I wish I could give this Physicians office 0 stars. My husband went in sometime in April for an allergy shot. A nurse administered the shot and said it wears off over time. A couple months later my husband called and made an appointment for "another allergy shot." He was scheduled, he took off work, he went to the office and was told he could not have another shot as they only offer this every 3 months.
