I was there last week , everything was handled professionally, only thing I would point out for 3 star rating is , not all emergencies are same some require fast response so if you end up spending 10 to 15 minutes on check-in you can probably be dead for good if it is stroak or high blood pressure situation so a more staff on high alert to tackle incoming workload, it felt like college cafeteria. The staff by them self was very professional, attentive and friendly.
I went to the ER today thinking I had COVID or strep because my throat was extremely sore. The nurses were nice I guess I could say.. but everything felt very fast paced and rushed. I felt like I could barely get a word in without being interrupted. (Everyone who dealt with me in the room which was a total of 4 people including the doctor ) I understand the ER is busy, but patients still need to feel heard??
