Awesome place, great staff & awesome Dr's The staff just needs to balance themselves out, especially when they start to get more patients at 1 time Example you brought to your room, no problem, waiting 45 minutes to see a PA. And they say, do you need something for your pain because you broke your elbow, you said, yes. then you don't receive it up to 2 hours later, because you had to ask for it, why you sit there in pain, that's a little ridiculous.

I went to the ER with severe back pain. I felt the doctor was in a hurry to get done and talked over my husband without even looking at him. I was approached while still waiting for results from a CT and waiting for meds to take effect to pay mynpirtion of the bill. I feel this apprach is totally tacky and shows all the hospital cares about is money. When I told the lady to bill my insurance and send me a bill she literally made a face at me of displeasure. What has medicine come to? I was totally turned off by her approach.... read more
