Ladies were complaining in the back about how many people have come in today. They were very unprofessional!! Made my grandma at 89 wait over 30 minutes and she was the only one there. Girl at front desk with accent couldn't find Drs npi # even though we always come here. They need training! Didn't help her with what she needed to do a urine sample.
Mindy was amazing! Didn’t feel a thing, I’m always petrified of getting my blood drawn, needed 5 vials this time I wanted to cry but it went by so fast, thank you Mindy for being so talented!
