Everyone was exceptionally great except for the young woman @ the front desk. She was very rude and condescending. I travel with a caretaker who also couldn't believe how she was talking to me. When I gave her my Medicare & Medicaid cards she loudly informed me that they didn't honor my insurance company (?) and I might have to pay for my lab work...
Quick and efficient service!
Came as a walk-in for my 3rd trimester labs, and I was the only person there! In and out, quick and easy. Lu was an absolute pleasure -- I had my one-hour glucose challenge, so we got to talking while I waited. She was pleasant, personable and professional. As a person with difficult veins, I appreciated her skill -- one stick did the trick.
Best kept secret. No wait, very friendly. Will use again!
This particular location goes above and beyond with my out of the ordinary lab work. The nurses are very professional and courteous. I have been coming to this location for quite some time and truly appreciate the Saturday hours and the efficiency of this lab. The phlebotomists are very good at finding my small veins.
