My child and I had one of the worst experiences at this hospital. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested in helping patients. The wait time was outrageous—even though my son was in severe pain, when I was finally seen, the doctor rushed through the exam and barely explained anything. Misdiagnosed my son. The facility itself was not clean, and I noticed trash and used supplies left in the hallway. Blood on the floor! Communication was terrible—every time I asked a question, I got a different answer. Worst experience ever they only care about money. I went for an emergency and the Dr didn’t check anything at all and didn’t give me nothing for my pain and know I have a huge bill to pay for nothing and when I ask to pay in payment plan they don’t help you with nothing
My experience at Advent Health Hospital was excellent. All my surgery schedules were met and the care from the doctor and the entire staff was first-rate. I feel very grateful.
