The staff at this lab is super sweet and it is very conveniently located if you live in Lake Nona or have other appointments in the building between UCF Health and AdventHealth. Special shout out to Laura for squeezing me in for some time sensitive labs and being so empathetic and kind! It is so appreciated when you have a lot to take care of and not a lot of time or flexibility with tricky hours.
Quick check in, quick blood draw and friendly staff. Definitely recommend making an appointment.
Only waited for a few minutes . Jocelin was great, quick and one stick.
I have labs drawn at this location every 3 months and have always had a wonderful experience. Today, however, I was blown away by the entire staff. It was not an easy draw, took much longer than expected, and at one point had 3 techs assisting. They never seemed rushed, and made me feel so incredibly cared for. Just so attentive and professional. If I could give 10 starts I would!
Great staff, fast and excellent service. From Alejandro who took care of all my orders as a walk-in and Nancy who was great at her job performing my blood work recollection. As a walk in, it was super fast!
