Blood work is never fun especially when you've been fasting and haven't had coffee. Laura was great. Very gentle and a sweet, fun spirit.
My PCP failed to send the order for my bloodwork to ADVENTHEALTH like they said they had done. Jomiery was patient and caring as she worked with me and the doctors office for an hour to ensured that I could have the blood draw. Her calmness and professionalism helped me to calm down and relax (as much as I could). as she helped rectify the situation.
I had blood work done today, and Laura was absolutely wonderful. She was so personable, kind, and warm, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Her caring and friendly approach made such a difference. Thank you, Laura, for making my experience such a positive one!
Five stars for Jocelin and Laura at AdventHealth Lake Nona! I got dizzy after having my labs drawn, and they took incredible care of me. They quickly got me into the right position, used ice packs to help me recover, and provided water, crackers, and cookies. They are both highly professional and deeply caring nurses. Thank you so much!
If you hate having your blood drawn as much as I do, you should switch to this lab! Laura is amazing!!!! She is super sweet, quick, and almost painless - even for a tough stick like me! 💯 recommend
