Really great experience at the lab. Scheduled appointment, got there early, smooth check in, called in to the technician early, out in 5 minutes! Great job, as always!
I had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Laura, who was at the front desk was extremely sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, checking me in quickly and making sure I had everything I needed. The phlebotomist, was equally as fast, efficient & friendly. Their kindness set a calm and positive tone for my visit. Being in the medical field & having to uphold these same standards is extremely important to finally receive.
We had a very good experience here. We went for our blood work and did not make an appointment. The girls at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Even though we had to wait for a little while registering etc. everything went smoothly. We got our tests done and Laura at the front desk was very helpful and informative. We appreciate that!
I toke my blood labs today with Joselin! She was super amazing a blessing hands I don’t feels any paying or even uncomfortable things,,,,, god bless you and advent health keep you always cuz your costumer services is the best
