I have had good visits and not so good visits here but today’s was exceptional! I wish I could remember the lab technician’s name- it started with a J, an older Hispanic woman. She was so helpful and kind, she made sure I had everything I needed since I had just been there for labs the day prior. Thank you to her for being thorough and hearing my needs 🤍

The lab technicians don’t respect the order you come in walk in or appointment. We’ve had 3 misdraws in which we’ve had to come back and have blood redrawn or paid astronomically out of pocket due to their error. Ive frequently waited for more than an hour for lab work only to have errors. The errors have happened so regularly that a few of the techs know me by face and are always accusatory of the “other” techs causing the errors. This place is new and beautiful, however I didn’t like the service, came in as a walk in on 10/08/2025 at 8:15 am. Was told a tech would come get me from the lobby and the wait was about 20 mins, 40 mins later no one came, I asked the front desk how long will it be due to me holding my urine for the sample and being pregnant I can barely hold it. This lab crew is THE BEST! Trish Lowe was our phlebotomist today and she was amazing! Explained what she was doing and what to expect. Could not have had a better experience! Even the ladies that checked us in were super friendly and efficient.
