It was a long hold, but it’s the only one out of five in my area that I repeatedly called that actually answered the phone once I got her on the phone. She’s very pleasant very helpful and all-around great customer service.
I went to the lab as a walk-in to get blood work that is needed for a surgery that I’m getting next week. I signed the sign in sheet and handed my drivers license and insurance card to the girl at the desk whose name is Mia. Mia didn’t bother to look at my insurance card handed it back to me told me to have a seat and it could take about 35 minutes. I showed her my lab orders and asked her. I love going to this lab!! The girls are excellent in getting my blood! I hate getting stuck with needles.
