In order to avoid problems I emailed the office yesterday My name is Elena and I’m a member of the WeCare team here at AdventHealth ,and then arrived today and was told that they would be accepting my insurance. After waisting 30 minutes a lady who was extremely hard to understand as her accent is very strong said they were going to send me the bill because they don’t take my insurance. Extremely unprofessional network here
Erica was amazing! After a long wait, she took care of me and made sure I was super comfortable. This was the first time in a long time I didn’t pass out during my blood drawing and I have Erica to thank!!!
