Our experience at Central Care was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The appointment was for my son, who does not speak English. For that reason, his brother took time off work to accompany him and serve as his interpreter, with the sole purpose of helping him communicate properly and explain his symptoms to the doctor. I had an excellent experience at AdventHealth Lab Dr. Phillips. The service was punctual and very efficient from start to finish. Michelle, who handled my blood draw, was especially kind and proactive. My lab order was incomplete, but she immediately contacted my doctor’s office and resolved the issue on the spot. Thanks to her initiative, I was able to complete my exam without any delays. I left feeling very satisfied with the level of care and dedication she provided. Highly recommend this location.
