I can't speak on the overall of the hospital just the front desk where I went for a CT scan I don't speak Spanish only English I was treated weird something im used to when dealing with Hispanic people no disrespect but I was told that I had to get an authentication before I can have my scan long story short the lady was wrong and I tried to explain that to her I had humana speak with her and it made the customer service person very angry to find out she was rude and disrespectful and wrong after my scan I asked politely for... read more
