This was truly an amazing experience from the time I entered the ED until the time I was discharged. Everyone that took care of me did an amazing job at explaining my care plan, spending time with me at the bedside, the whole staff visited me hourly and always explained things in a way I could understand. The docs, RNs and PCTs knocked it out of the park! For a small community hospital, the larger hospitals like CDH, Ascension hospitals, Northwestern and Rush should take notes on how well you treat your patients!!! Hats off ... read more

This hospital's staff from my entrance at ER to my exit was one of the best experiences in my life where hospitals are concerned. The care was exceptional in ER; I was admitted for about a week and received the same excellent care. The nurses deserve to be recognized daily for their knowledge, kindness and patience. I was blessed to be under the care of Sagar for the majority of my stay and he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I had many needs and so much pain!
