All the front desk clerk did was ask for my phone number. That is all. Then he handed me a pad for me to fill out pages of forms and even take photos of my ID and medical cards MYSELF! What is he getting paid to do? What if I was in deep pain? I would have had to do all that myself? In the past the front desk clerk would scan my ids and ask for my info. Poor service!
