dr. mendez in the pediatric department, called DCF and the police to my house, because she got mad that I did not want to hear her talk about her qualifications, I just wanted to take my children home after 6 hours. she said things like she is the head of the department and the decision is up to her.. and asked did I really ask her nicely? I was told I had to get my child to eat something, drink something, and show alertness in order to leave. We were treated promptly and had a very comfortable stay. Th nurses and doctors were so attentive and listened and addressed our concerns.
We had an amazing & excellent experience from the moment we walked in for my baby’s dental procedure.Everyone was so assuring,comforting & caring it made the appointment smooth. All my questions & concerns answered. I would definitely recommend.Thank you all🙏🏽
