I came here recently with one of the worst colds I've had in years. I found the wait time very manageable and the service very efficient. The NP on staff (Jennifer Cochran I think her name was) was phenomenal. She was quick to ascertain my health history, my current symptoms, and a diagnosis. She even walked me around the store to help find additional medicines that would benefit me in my condition. I really appreciated the personable nature she had. Been here several times but never again. I have chronic sinus and ear issues which seem to worsen in the hot and humidity. Look it up...its a fact. Usually antibiotics and prednisone fixes the problem and I'm good for months. Unfortunately sometimes it just comes back with a vengeance and I need to repeat treatment.I'm fully aware of the over use of antibiotics. I certainly try not to. Walked in @2 for a school physical after being told over phone there was no wait. Got in & they were on lunch until 3. Chose to wait & shop. I let nurse know I was misinformed & had been waiting with my 7yo for a Physical that takes 5mins. There was 1 person there w/appt ahead of me. She was very rude & dismissive. She made no attempt to fix it or offer to squeeze us in. There was NO ONE else there!
