Had a appointment at 11:50 but someone else was late so they took them back first then that patient left. Now nearly an hour later no one has come in or out. I knocked on a the exam door because there’s no patients in any room and I was told to have a seat still waiting….for my appointment.

I woke up on Friday with what I knew was a UTI. Thought it would go away but by Sat. I was miserable. Searched on line and found the Walk in clinic at the Walgreens right near us. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the service I received. The nurse was able to do a fast test to confirm and prescribed an antibiotic right there to pick up at Walgreens. She was also very thorough and I didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend this clinic.

Woke up with a bad eye infection. Checked in on the ipad. Very easy and took maybe 5 mins. Was seen right away by the nurse practitioner. She was professional and friendly. Prescribed antibiotic eye drops which cleared the infection. Rcvd a follow up call to see how I was doing. That was a nice touch.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Horrible service!! Showed up with ample time before cut off time because our son started with flu symptoms this evening and is very sick. We filled out all the information before the cut off time of 7:10pm. They close at 7:30pm. The doctors were too lazy and refused to see our son because quote “they didn’t feel like it and wanted to go home.” Wow! Disgustingly unbelievable. Don’t go there. They obviously don’t care about you at all.

The NP is AMAZING. I went in and used the sign in pad and less than five minutes she came out and took me back to the room. The room looks better than the ER rooms at the hospital. She answered all of my questions and was so calm. When you are sick and tired you want to be able to really go to a place like this and get excellent care. She also gave me a follow up call which was so unexpected and just the sweetest thing. I will always come back to this express care because of her.
