I am writing to express my frustration with the level of service I have received from AdventHealth, specifically at the Victoria Park office. This afternoon, I called to schedule an appointment and was placed on and off hold for approximately 20 minutes, which is already concerning. Unfortunately, the situation became even more frustrating when I requested to see a different doctor within the same office. This medical facility is horrible. I took my 89 yr old mother there for an X-ray for compression fractures in her spine. She was in a lot of pain & could barely walk, yet they made her get up several times to sign things. Neither the receptionist or X-ray tech had any compassion at all. Then they billed her for an in-hospital X-ray instead of an X-ray at a free stand facility. They are 8 miles away from the hospital. Best doctor and staff in Florida!
For years I have been having mammogram and bone density at this location.Is fast, professional and caring staff.
Dr. Mohammed Asif is a very bad doctor! Total neglect for the care of his patients ! He asks for labs, mammograms and don’t discuss the results with his patient!! Don’t care for the health needs of his patients! He shouldn’t be a doctor! Don’t help his patients!
