The staff was friendly and the doctor was informative, unfortunately she misdiagnosed our child. Instead of having multiple types of bacterial infections, he actually had poison ivy (which was also misdiagnosed by an urgent care). Also, it's important to note that this is a "stand alone" ER so they don't have similar services to other emergency rooms that are connected to hospitals. Staff and nurses were fantastic and took really good care of this high maintenance patient.
Every staff person was kind and helpful. Dr Evan Mitchell did excellent job stitching my upper lip. Very grateful to him and his patience.
