This place isn't there anymore. It's a Centura Health with NO ER. Not helpful.
The world (of Healthcare) would be better off if this facility and provider did not exist. They lied to my wife, refused to acknowledge their mistake when called on it, then bullied us into paying $5,000 for 15 minute visit that included a urine analysis and prescription (filled elsewhere) for a common UTI antibiotic. The lack of consideration or reason while attempting to appeal the ludicrous charge for the care furnished came free. My daughter went here when she was not able to stop throwing up. The total bill for the visit was $9,230.67. Wow, how can the people that work here actually look at themselves in the mirror. Disgusted!
I went to centura to see Dr. Malstrom because over the past two weeks I was having on and off hot sweats followed by vomiting. I told her about other symptoms and let her know my primary mission for this visit was to test my hormones - specifically thyroids. she told me I may have the bug that has been going around and sent be down to the lab for the blood draw (After less then a 5 min conversation), not asking about any family medical history, change in habits, or even ask if I could be pregnant!
