I am retired RN and I worked in the advent health system for over a decade. This lack of care was disturbing to see and experience. I Was there with my father. He was brought in through ambulance and the usual care occurred. He needed to be transferred to the advent health in Tavares so we waited in very night. During that time you would think that there was a party going on at the nurses station. LOUD, LAUGHTER, talking about food. Finally it stopped and is early am. I wish i could give them a negative star. Went there last night 4/26/21 with a pounding migrane, nurse had an attitude because i did not want to be weighted. Then the nurse practitioner aid to go to an ent specialist, requested a covid test snd he said i did not meet the criteria and my insurance was nit going to cover it. What a lousy, horrific service!!
