My review is based on the care received in the back. Dr. Norman Carlos, is the Mr. Rogers of Medicine. He is interested, listens, compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank goodness, we have him in our community. Wish he was in private practice but very grateful to have him available for the emergencies that come up. Guillermo is also terrific!
