Twice I have been to this location and essentially ignored. The front desk can't seem to speak at all. After waiting passed my appt time I was taken into the back. I sat there for an hour and only after walking to the front and requesting a refund was anyone taking the situation seriously, no apology or anything, flat out treated me like "Just deal with it.". The entire staff is utterly Racist and if you're looking like something other than them they refuse to do anything for you.
