Rude front desk staff member. Speaks to patients like they’re ignorant. Heather Barlow got visibly annoyed with me because I didn’t know that I needed to file an insurance claim specifically for physical injury as a result of a car wreck I’m not at fault for (not originally from Florida). She went and got the manager to speak to me (she was very polite and patient) and explain to me that I needed to file a claim and why, cool, no problem, I was already seated and filling out the stack of forms she gave to me. This is a great location. I made an appointment online to be seen, and the arrival, wait, and time to be seated in a room was very smooth and prompt. My nurse practitioner was great, and listened well to my symptoms. Will be back here again for any urgent care needs! Also a newer location, very clean and organized
