Even with an appointment, the wait time was longer than expected. However, the rest of the experience was good. The staff was professional and everything else went smoothly
I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit. My dad and I have come to this location before and had wonderful experiences, which makes this visit even more upsetting. My father was extremely sick when we walked in. Instead of being met with compassion, we were treated with coldness and hostility. The front desk employee was immediately rude, short, and had a nasty demeanor from the moment we approached the counter. While we were waiting, my dad suddenly became very nauseous. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was back in the exam room within 15 min of my arrival. The tech who took care of me was also kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to all of you
I have to say that Marcelo the APRN was very attentive and took his time. Needed to be seen and couldn’t wait on my PCP availability. Best service !
