2.5 hours, still waiting. Lots of people coming our, no one going in. Waiting room nearly empty. I asked how much longer, said we are next in line, still waiting 35 mins after asking. No one is in a hurry anywhere in Florida

Made an appointment. 45 minutes passes. I ask about how much longer. Im told another 45 minutes. No apology no explanation. Completely disrespectful of anyone's time. Rude front desk staff. Can't comment on care staff because we're still waiting.
This particular location is totally useless.. even if you have an appointment you are still waiting 2 plus hours or more... This particular location is always running behind I would find a different place before coming here if I were you
