When booking an appointment on line the entire day was "walk-ins only" except 1:40 pm. I took it and filled out all the paperwork on line. I waited an hour and 20 minutes just to be called back and another 30 minutes in the exam room for the doctor. There was one person left in the waiting room when they finally took me. I would not have been irritable if I were a walk-in. But, I wasn't. Would not recommend for those reasons.
