Very quick and efficient
Staff were friendly but diagnosis was completely incorrect. Fortunately I was able to see my primary care after a few days to get a correct diagnosis. Lab work to confirm diagnosis was not done at urgent care.
(PA-C) Sydnee Prince Simpson was superb! I came in because of jaw pain and pain behind my eyes. I thought the problem was dental. She carefully reviewed my symptoms and explained why it wasn't. It was vascular. She immediately sent me to the emergency room with a printout of my EKG. The hospital did another one and several neurological tests as well. They admitted me because of the seriousness of my condition. Thank God, for her kind and decisive action!
Advent health has changed the way I think about hospitals, doctors and the medical field. The front office staff was kind and easy to work with. No rude attitudes! The nurses and Ma’s were fantastic.
