This was the best I have ever seen. The staff was very thorough everyone new made sure they checked in with me and explained what was happening. The patience experience person i think Abigail was a bonus.they created an environment where i felt comfortable and heard and really taken care of. From checkin to exit it felt like a resort trip minus the needles. Thank you for seeing me and keeping my mind at ease
From the moment I walked into the clinic I was greeted by a most professional, however friendly recipient, the rest of the staff and the provider was very nice and informative. I am feeling much better already.
Dr. Kishna Williams did not perform a thorough exam and was rushing from the moment she walked into the room. She didn't even leave the room for me to change. I just had to unceremoniously disrobe while she lazily put up a cloth for mock privacy. The exam was incomplete, rushed and took a total of 3 seconds. Her bedside manner was also entirely apathetic.
