The staff at front desk was nice. The PA was very patient and answered all my questions but she couldn’t read the images of my son’s hand since she’s not a radiologist. My son has a possible break in his hand and the PA told me someone would review the x rays and get back to us within 24 to 48 hours or so. It has now been over a week and I haven’t heard from anyone. Additionally, on my chart it says no one has looked at his X-rays yet. I have no idea if my son should be casted or what to do at this point. Really disappointed... read more
