I went to urgent care because my grandmother wasn’t feeling well. Once we arrived, Joy and Jason took excellent care of her. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were met.
Joy was wonderful. Very attentive and kind. My son was nervous and she put him at ease. I drive past other clinics to visit this one because the facility is clean and the staff is great.
I went to visit today and was seen and treated.. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Alicia and Danelle were friendly and thorough. Thanks ladies!
While my wait time was short, which is always a plus and they did do an X-ray of my injured foot, they told me they’d forward the X-ray to the radiologist who was not onsite to review and that he’d give me a call in an hour or so. This was at 9:30am. At 3:00 pm I called and no one could give me any information. What’s the point of an urgent care if you can’t get any information at ALL about the reason for your visit?! .
