5 stars for having the gestapo vs security guards. Not sure if the security has to abide by AdventHealth's service standards of: Love me, Own it, Keep me safe, and Make it easy. Excellent staff and doctor. I had a good experience with my surgery.
It was great , very professionals and good job taking care along the whole process
I asked kindly for they can fix my IV since someone put it in wrong and I was in extreme pain. Some of the stuff were extremely rude and yelled at me to wait. At this hospital they will treat you like you are some form of prisoner and they won’t listen to what you have to say even if you are in pain!!!!!!!!!! They will just look at you like you are crazy and don’t do anything about it!!!!!!!!! Worst hospital ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could.
