Reception Staff and nurses are extremely rude and condescending I hope to god I never EVER come back here

My cousin was real ill and passed on March 8. I have to say the Nurses and Doctors that I came in contact were very compassionate and caring. I worked in a hospital for 25 years and never saw this.
