Wait time is absolutely awful !! Been waiting for almost an hour to be see for an appt !!
My experience here the past couple of weeks has been great. You can get a hold of people on the phone and messaging. They are capable of getting messages to the doctor. I like the fact that you are given a lanyard to get immediately into your exam room. The exam table becomes a chair. It then lays you back. You don't have to climb onto it.
I've been coming here for laboratory tests and ultrasounds for about a year now. I come every two months. It's an excellent center, very clean. The staff is very friendly. Ms. Lee does my lab work; she's very kind and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her. Today, I met Ms. Ana in the Kids Club for the first time. My daughter spent a few minutes with her, and we were very happy with her care. She's a lovely woman. The Kids Club is amazing too.
