I am a little upset with the practice and how they handle billing and balances. I was misquoted over $500!!! I got an alert that I owe $588 for necessary bloodwork that I got done, and paid for in January. Fast forward three months later I get this bill. I call the billing department and explain I can’t afford this. The woman on the line lacked compassion and said there’s nothing we can do except collect half today. Pretty ticked off that four months after my appointment, after I pay my balance from lab work, I get a bill in the mail for over $500 without any prior communication from anyone at advent. Had I known before I would have not gotten my necessary labwork done at that time.

I had the pleasure of meeting and having Linda as my phlebotomist. I mentioned how I may only do half the vials because I tend to pass out. She went the extra mile to lay me down and keep me comfortable and somehow worked her magic to keep me from passing out after an obscene amount of blood was taken. 10/10 recommend and cannot thank Linda enough!! She was the absolute best.

My experience here the past couple of weeks has been great. You can get a hold of people on the phone and messaging. They are capable of getting messages to the doctor. I like the fact that you are given a lanyard to get immediately into your exam room. The exam table becomes a chair. It then lays you back. You don't have to climb onto it.
