This has definitely not been a positive experience at this infusion center. I received what was supposed to be the first of a three-dose iron infusion series on Thursday, and I am confused as to why all three infusions were not scheduled at the same time. Instead, I am now having to chase down appointments for doses two and three. I attempted to schedule the remaining infusions before even leaving the center and was told I would need to call back, which is unacceptable. I’ve been receiving chemo infusions with nurses Elizabeth and Holly, and they are absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, professionalism, and gentle care make each visit so much more comfortable. I’m truly thankful for the compassion they show every single time.
Everyone ( registration to infusion rooms ) who treated me and I interacted with was amazing 👏 🤩. Daniela my nurse ❤️ she's amazing always made sure I was comfortable. I'm grateful for her kindnes .
